Your charming, fully renovated beach retreat is just steps from the shore (less than 500 ft!). You will love our built-in bunks, AC, and all the modern comforts you will need for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, you'll love the convenience and comfort of this coastal retreat! The bright and open living room offers a comfy couch, smart TV, and space to relax after a day at the beach. Our updated kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, a blender, and all the basics you'll need to feel at home. The home features three comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with soft linens, dresser, and closet space. The second bedroom features two XL twin-over-queen built-in bunk beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed with cozy coastal décor and storage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch with comfortable seating and beach supplies. Outside, you'll find a sleek black outdoor dining set with seating for six, a covered grill ready for your next beachside BBQ, and a foot wash station to rinse off sandy feet. We've designed this home with families and small groups in mind—comfortable, casual, and close to everything that makes Onset special.

They had everything we needed to enjoy the area without having to spend time running out to the store after we landed. We appreciated that so much! Your quaint and charming cottage was a the perfect location for a wonderful family getaway this past weekend. We loved all the amenities and specifically all the extra attention to details which made our stay even more pleasant! From the clean beachey esthetic of the place to the kit of necessities you provided in case we forgot anything, you obviously poured your heart into the place and it shows! The proximity to town and quick beach access were a plus but we were in love with your house the moment we entered the door. Thank you again!

We brought our 10-month old on her first beach vacation and Ashley’s place was the perfect combo of home and hotel. Such thoughtful amenities, they even had a pack & play. It also felt super clean, all beds and pillows had covers which was great. Just a short walk to onset beach and restaurants, but had our own driveway/parking too. Overall felt safe, clean, and easy. Will definitely be staying again!

I can see why this place has so many 5 star reviews! This place is perfect. I stayed with my mother in law, my husband, my four year old son, and our dog. Not only was the location great, but the house was perfectly set up for a family. There were tons of games, great amenities, and even a plush dog bed! The location was pretty good. It was walking to some nice local beaches and restaurants. The town is at the beginning of the Cape, which made it a nice relaxing place to stay away from the thick tourist areas. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Great house in a wonderful location close to the water. Everything is walkable and the beach cart, chairs, and umbrella provided were a bonus. We were just 4 adults but the bunk room is the best space for kids to hang out. For outdoor hang out space there’s a little beach 2 minutes walk away, or a comfy porch with window screens to keep the bugs out. The inside space is thoughtfully done and the games wall and additional cupboard of board games was great. Definitely would stay again.

The place is nicely decorated. Love the location. Very clean. The best part is the communication with the host! Unfortunately, power was down on our second day due to storm but the host was constantly in touch with us giving us updates. Would love to go back to enjoy it more.
